SUPPORT TO BEREAVED FAMILIES: The bereaved families of Late Sh. Meghrai Hansdah, UCO Bank , Soro Branch , Baleswar, Odisha and Sh. Kanchan Murmu, Bank Of India, Uliyan Branch, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand were provided assistance by the Society from its EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND. EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND is a fund raised by the memebrs with an intention to extend monetary help to the bereaved family within three days from the death of the member.

SUNDAY WORKSHOP : This interactive workshop is scheduled every Sunday, and knowledge is exchanged to keep the members updated, motivated and confident to face the changing banking landscape.

UPURUM AND DOUBT CLEARING MEETING: This ice breaking meeting aims at building a relationship based on free and frank conversations with the newly joined members and to encourage them to contribute openly in taking the society to greater heights. Also to make them aware of their role in the organisation and to update them on the activities of the society. In addition to UPURUM , the session invites queries and encourages members to get their DOUBTS cleared to remain focussed and assured.

WEEKLY SUNDAY MEETING: This meeting aims at building a strong bond among the members and give them an opportunity to share their views as well as come forward with innovative ideas to ensure their active participation.

STATE LEVEL WEEKLY MEETINGS : The State level and Regional level committees meet weekly and review their performances as well as ensure that their contribution is no less than those of other States/Regions.

MEETING WITH GUEST SPEAKERS/DIGNITARIES: Special meetings are arranged periodically to listen to the Guest speakers and /or Dignitaries for their special messages and blessings. Their guidance and encouraging words have worked wonders for the organisation.
